Refund policy
The Mess Manual is an instant digital download, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once the file has been delivered.
If something is wrong with your order (the file will not open, the download failed, or anything else has gone wrong on our side), please email ohthemessmanual@gmail.com or message us on Etsy. Tell us what happened and we will make it right.
All purchases are completed through Etsy, so Etsy's own policies also apply to your order.
